Taxes and Duties

  1. Lolli A London covers taxes and duties for orders in the UK
  2. For our customers outside of the UK, customers will be responsible to pay custom payment(s) set by your local authority.

Returns and Exchanges

  1. Earrings and pieced jewellery are not eligible for refund or exchange due to hygiene reasons.
  2. Please note that you may return or exchange your item(s) in the original packaging upon 7 days from receiving your order.
  3. Return labels are at your own (the customer) costs. The cost of the return label depends on the carrier service and location.
  4. *The colour and shape of our pearls may differ individually and maybe slightly different from the photo, due to its natural uncluttered origin.
  5. If you experience quality issues with your order, please email a photo or video of the defect to: lollialondon.com
  6. The next instructions are as follows:
  • In the subject line of your return / exchange email please provide your order number.
  • Please inform us of your name and the reason for the return.
  • Please state whether you would like a refund or exchange?
  • The item(s) must be in an unworn and undamaged condition. Returns may be refused if not arrived in the original condition.
  • Please package the return securely and dispatch accordingly to your return instructions.
  1. Please allow up to 28 business days for your return to be processed.
  2. All refunds will be credited to the original payment method and will exclude postage. We advise that all returns posted are sent via recorded delivery, as we cannot accept liability for lost items.
  3. After receiving your refund confirmation, please allow up to 7 days for the money to be placed back into your account.
  4. Please consider that your card issuer or bank is responsible for crediting your account.

Statutory Rights

  1. Your UK statutory rights are not affected by Lolli A London return policies.
